Aspiring Bankers Program aims to identify talented individuals, provide them with coaching program followed by intensive on-the job training to become successful bankers.
Program Duration - Six Months
- One Month - Campus Training
- Two Month - Internship
- Three Month - On-The-Job Training (Probation)

Written Test : Verbal Ability, Analytical Ability, Numerical Ability, Written English Test, Listening Comprehension Test
Level 2
Online Panel Interview with Manipal and Jana Bank stakeholders.
Campus Onboarding
The selected candidates will be issued an admission letter and will be asked to report to the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus in Bengaluru to complete their admission formalities. On completion of the admission formalities, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program and the 30-Days campus training will begin.
Join Jana Small Finance Bank
After completing the 30-day campus training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, the candidate will join Jana Small Finance Bank to start their internship and complete their on-the-job-training. At this time the candidate will start receiving internship stipend and then subsequently salary when they start their on-the-job training and probabation.
EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
Jana Small Finance Bank has promised to reimburse 100% of the program training fee within two years on the job*.
Top performers in the program and on the job can be promoted within 18 Months.
The top 20% performers will get an International Trip as a Sales Incentives.
The 10% performers on the job will be groomed for leadership and will join the CEO and MD club.
